How to Set Up a Professional Email Address on Your Domain

Using a Gmail or Yahoo address for business looks unprofessional. An email like info@yourbusiness.com builds credibility from the first message.

Option 1: cPanel Email (free with hosting)

1. Log into your client portal and open cPanel
2. Click Email Accounts
3. Click Create
4. Enter the username (e.g. info), a strong password, and a storage limit
5. Click Create Account

Your address is ready immediately. Access it at webmail.yourdomain.com or connect it to Outlook or your phone using these settings:

• Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com — port 993 — SSL/TLS
• Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com — port 465 — SSL/TLS
• Username: your full email address
